Rules for making a new health book
• It is very important to bring the original copy of the
current student pass-book issued by the department.
• At present, it is very important to bring the original copy
attested by the department on the annual/semester fee receipt.
Student's presence is necessary.
• Photography will take place in room no. 06.
, To collect the new health diary, please approach Room
No. 01 (near parking) with the Student Pass-Book booklet.
Health Book Renewal Rules
(Extension of validity for Health Diary)
• Renewal of health book will be held in room no. 07.
• It is necessary to bring the old health book.
• It is very important to bring the original copy of the
current annual/semester fee receipt attested by the department.
