Psychiatry

The Department of Psychiatry has a separate building, which is located near the Trauma Centre.

Psychiatrists assess a range of symptoms related to mental health, including changes in mood, behavior, and cognition also including mood swings, persistent sadness, anxiety, changes in sleep or appetite, difficulty concentrating, social withdrawal, and thoughts of self-harm. 

Disorders include conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and more.
